Shipping Policy – LACREW

At LACREW, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [2–4 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [5–7 business days]

    • Express Shipping (U.S.): [2–3 business days]

    • International Shipping: [7–21 business days] (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed by LACREW.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship across all 50 U.S. states.

  • Orders may not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses depending on carrier restrictions.

4. International Shipping

  • LACREW ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes applied by their destination country. LACREW is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • LACREW is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at lacrewhtx@gmail.com , and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to location, carrier policies, or import laws.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to restrictions.
